The Coffee Garage was created by two coffee aficionados who took a new approach to roasting coffee: Roasting small batches at a time to customer specification. Large retailers roast in mass quantities and often over-roast their coffee to cover up any imperfections. We only use 100% Arabica beans from all parts of globe and roast the coffee the day you place your order. We also offer Fair Trade and 100% certified organic coffee. Fair Trade coffee guarantees the growers a fair wage for their hard labor and in some cases more than twice what other growers are paid. A just wage also means a quality crop as the growers are not forced to cut corners just to make ends meet.
